All items ordered on www.martinsjewellers.ie excludes shipping. A quotation will be given with your estimate. All duties and taxes on import to a non-EU destination must be covered by the customer

Delivery Information

All order will be shipped by either registered tracked post or by our shipping company of choice.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for your item.

Delivery Times

Delivery times within Ireland is 1-3 days, Uk 5-10 days and Europe 10/14 days aproximately.

Bank holidays, festive occasions or bad weather when they occur may also affect your delivery time.

(Please note that any bespoke pieces may take 3-6 weeks to complete from the time you place your order.)


To return your product, you should contact us first, then keep a proof of postage or shipping. Return your item in its original condition with the receipt or proof of purchase directly to:
Martins Jewellers, 2 Lower Rowe Street, Wexford, Y35 FY83, Ireland.

Please note: Martins Jewellers have the right to revise and amend its return policy from time to time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. In any instance of a piece being faulty, we will of course refund the cost of any return postage, this is processed in the same payment manner was used to place the original order.

We do not cover the cost of postage for change of mind.

If you are returning an item, we advise that you use a registered track and trace service, providing you with proof of shipping and a signature on delivery to give you peace of mind that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed. We apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause, we endeavor to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.
