Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, Martins Jewellers offer an exchange or refund option to our customers within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. This period starts on the day you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

We do not provide refunds for orders without receipts.

We do not cover the cost of postage for change of mind.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift Cards
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition or showing signs of ware.
